And guess what? You see, Emmer Pizzeria & Café crafts their own crusts using hand-milled grains, rye, and Italian flour, so they claim that their pizzas contain lower gluten and higher nutrients.
Well, aside from that, what keeps us coming back is, of course, the taste.

Tucked away in Soho, Central, Sole Mio has been quietly serving refined, thin-crust Roma-style pizzas in Hong Kong for over 26 years.
These are both no-frills pizzas that are best if you’re not a fan of overly flavored and cheesy pizzas.
Anyway, if you still have room for more Italian delights, make sure you check out their selection of antipasti and desserts. These sets come with regular pizzas, little pan pizzas, and donuts, so you can save some cash and try a little bit of everything!
